Marta Balducci received an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant University. After graduating she proudly worked for her family business Balducci’s as an Administrative Coordinator for 27 years. Balducci’s was known as “The best specialty food market anywhere in America and among the top three or four in the world”. Marta’s diligent work ethic played a key role in Balducci’s success by applying her multitude of skills in sales, marketing and customer service.  Her biggest impact was assembling and managing a team for their new Mail Order Division that was responsible for shipping specialty and highly perishable products globally from their “award-winning” catalogue.  

In 2000, Marta began her career in Real Estate with Coldwell Banker and is now a proud member of the Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors team.  In her practice, she prides herself on excellent customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties.  She embodies integrity, energy and, hard work to proactively address every detail of the Real Estate transaction before anything becomes a problem. Whether buying or selling, Marta understands that the process can often be challenging and complicated.  Her focus is on taking the pressure off of the client so that they can make clear, concise decisions at every step throughout the process.

 Marta was raised in The Village of East Williston where her parents still reside today in the home that they built in 1956.  As she fell in love with the beauty that the North Shore has to offer, she decided to raise her three beautiful sons in the quaint village as well. This decision naturally allowed her to become extremely knowledgeable of all the surrounding communities and school districts.

When she is not working she enjoys her family.... loves to travel, adventure out to find new and unusual restaurants, cooking, practicing yoga, Pilates and walking…whether its on the beach or exploring the city.
